Meet My Journal: A Place for Thoughts and Quiet Moments

Introduction

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to introduce you to my Journal, and I'm really glad to have you here.

What's the point of the Journal?

Well, the point of this Journal is to help me release some pressure and write things out that I don't necessarily want to say out loud to anyone.

In a way, it will be my stress release valve.

I actually tried doing this once before. I used to write things down on my phone, and it really helped me. Unfortunately, I never had any backups. When I lost my phone, I ended up losing everything I had written.

That's when I realized it would probably be much better to have something online, a place that will always exist and always be accessible.

And who knows, maybe it could even help someone else who is going through similar things.

As it says on the homepage of this website:

"Notes on ordinary days, small fears, what I am reading, and the occasional Tuesday morning that felt worth recording."

So basically, this Journal will be a place where I can write things down and express myself freely.

And all of this is possible thanks to my friend Nikola

About Me

When it comes to me, I won't share too much information because I would like to stay as anonymous as possible.

I'll give a few small details, but not everything.

People who already know me and somehow find this Journal might eventually realize who I am and that's okay. They are already part of my life one way or another.

So here are a few small things about me:

* I'm a guy in my 30s currently living in Germany (I moved here not too long ago).
* I have quite a few things going on in my life and a lot to write about, but I'll leave most of that for future posts.
* So far I have lived in three different countries, including my homeland.

I think that's enough for the beginning.

As I keep posting, I'll probably share a little bit more about myself over time.

Final Thoughts for This Post

I really hope this Journal will help me deal with some of my problems and thoughts.

I know I'm definitely not the only person dealing with things in life, and I truly hope that someone might eventually find this and realize that they're not alone either.

Maybe some of my thoughts or experiences will help someone else organize their own feelings or simply make it through a difficult day.

And if that happens, even in the smallest way, then this Journal will have already done something good.
